These terms apply to everyone who views or posts a build on Magi. By using the service you agree to them. When you create an account or post a build, we also ask you to confirm your agreement to these terms and the Privacy policy.

Viewing builds needs no account. Posting one does. Accounts are managed through Amazon Cognito, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Post builds you made yourself, or ones you have permission to share. A build may be unlisted or removed if the rights holder contacts the operator.
Only the area you select is uploaded, and each build must contain between 2 and 100,000 blocks. You may post up to three builds a day.
Your build stays yours. By posting it you grant the operator a licence to use it in two ways. On the service: to convert it, display it in 3D, generate thumbnails and social cards from it, list it in search, and show it in previews on other sites when the link is shared. Outside the service: to create images and videos based on it and publish them on external platforms, in order to introduce or promote the service.
Whenever a build is used outside the service, your name and a link to its page are shown alongside it.
Deleting a build stops it being shown on the service, and a deleted build is never taken up as the subject of a new external post. Anything created or published before the deletion — caches and share cards held by other services, images and videos already published elsewhere, and backups — cannot be recalled and is not covered by that.
A posted build is converted first, then becomes available at its own URL but is not listed. It appears in listings and search only after the operator has reviewed it.
The operator may unlist or remove any build, with or without notice, if it breaks these terms or creates a legal or operational problem.
Posting content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit; impersonating another person; interfering with the service by automated access, excessive load or attempts to bypass its limits; and reusing data obtained from the service in ways not permitted here.
The service is free. It carries advertising and affiliate links, which are marked as such. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. How your data is used for advertising is described in the Privacy policy.

The service is provided as is. The operator does not guarantee that it will be free of faults, that a build will convert or render correctly, or that data will be kept indefinitely. Please keep your own copy of anything you care about.
The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from them.
These terms may be revised. When that happens, the revised version is published on this page in advance, together with its effective date. Posting a build after the effective date requires agreement to the revised terms; you will be asked to confirm it on the posting page.
